Usability

A practical and accessible book that describes 6 test methods for use in the evaluation of a website’s user-friendliness. The methods can combine to form a usability evaluation of a website. The book describes how test cycles are planned and carried out, what to pay particular attention to when using each method, and how the results are presented or otherwise documented. The book can be used as an introduction to usability, both as a principle and as a general perspective within web design, and offers references to theory and practical examples. In addition, it can also serve as an exercise book. The individual test methods are simple and are described in steps covering the most important tasks in planning and execution.
