The great paradigm shift - a democratic challenge

This Futurible contains an exclusive summary of the two complementary books: "The Lotto Society" written by author and economist, Keld Holm and "A Pathway to Effective Democracy" written by concept designer and commander Nils Bech. In Keld Holm's "Lotto Society", he maps the great transformation we are witnessing in the years around 2020, which will set a completely new agenda for our working life and society. Nils Bech's "A Pathway to Effective Democracy", is a practical handbook in democratic leadership, with which a group can handle a chaotic transition phase. Both books are debate books that, in complementary terms, invite us into a discussion of our democracy.  
The Futuribles is a thematic journal published by the Danish Society for Futures Studies and is a contraction of ‘futures possible’.
