This is the tale of 19-year-old Peter, who—suffering from gender dysphoria—travels to another dimension for gender confirmation surgery as the tech there is decades ahead.
Due to emotional turmoil before his departure, Peter ends up going without much information about the dimension he is going to.
A dimension divided by height between Bigs and Littles. A dimension where Bigs are three to four times his size. A dimension where people his size are treated like toddlers.
