In 1945 India, Partition is looming, and it is a dangerous and violent place. A fateful meeting and illicit romance between Joe Benedict and his boss’s wife Molly, starts an unstoppable sequence of events, as on their return to England they unwittingly become the founders of one of the most ruthless criminal gangs in London. Years later, London is ruled by violent gangs. Ambitious Nick Benedict and his best friend Subash, known as Basher, accidentally become involved with the dark side of Joe’s past.
