The five articles on Danish criminal law in this book were originally written for comparative research projects at Max-Planck-Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law in Freiburg i.Br. However, we are certain that these country reports on Denmark will be of interest independently of the original projects.

The articles are printed in their original form although, in the meantime, some changes of law have taken place.
