After a long time of internal troubles I found out that I can by my own psychologist.
By spitting out what I feel in poetry. Some time I am amazed they way I put it. While
other times I can´t quite find the right words. May be in this book you can also relate
to some of the poems, lines or words. Some time one has to crack out of the shell
one is carrying around oneself, in order to live and express optimally. Happy reading:)
