Prevention, Diagnosis, Therapy and Follow-up Care of Sepsis

These updated "Sepsis Guidelines" were developed with the support of elected representatives from the seventeen German medical professional societies that sponsor these guidelines. The development process was guided by the requirements of the German Association of Professional Medical Societies. The guidelines are directed at healthcare professionals inside and outside the hospital.
