This volume in the Glyptoteks series of catalogues deals with Egyptian coffins, mummy adornments and mummies from the period 1080 BC-AD 400.
The catalogue presents 17 coffins or fragments thereof, 5 mummy masks, 10 mummy busts, 8 mummy portraits and 4 mummies, all of which are illustrated in colour photographs and accompanied by descriptive texts.
