A World Worth Living in is a book about leading a purposeful business. A story about people and companies, who want to do more than just raise the profits at any cost. Thinking about the environment, employees, and surrounding community is a clear priority. It’s about wanting and being able to use companies to create change that benefits people and nature.

Børge Rambøll (1911–2009), founder of the consulting engineering firm, put it this way: “If a company makes a profit, people say it is doing well; if it makes a loss, it is doing badly. It is true that a company making a loss is doing badly, but it does not necessarily mean that it is doing well because it is making a large profit. There may be a terrible atmosphere in the company.”
