A history of prices and wages in Denmark 1660-1800

This book sets forth and discusses the historical context of registrered prices and wages from 19 Danish manors and households, in the period 1660-1800, for a wide range of goods and professions. In addition, there are extensive analyses of accounts, types and qualities of goods and the formation of wages. The majority of these source data originate in free market operations in the Kingdom of Denmark, and testify incontrovertibly to the fact that Denmark of that time was closely connected to the contemporary international market.
