Nisreen

The world stands divided by the Israeli genocide against Palestine and its people – those in power and with money, profiting on the genocide, and the others, by far the majority. International po­litics and conventions are being discussed ea­gerly, although many still prefer to look the other way.
In the middle of all this, in the hellhole of the genocide, ordinary people are doing their best to survive on a day-to-day basis hoping for a miracle that may bring the genocide to an end.  Nisreen is one of them. The poems of this book have grown out of the conversations between Fre­derik Schütt and Nisreen. 
When hope is the only thing,you have leftto carry with you on your back,the clever words of adviceseem to fail me.I can only say "I hope too".
